Directions for Use

PETIMAID allows tablets or capsules to be converted into a smooth, uniform liquid suspension that can be measured and administered easily.

Step 1 — Add Water

Using the measuring cup, add up to 20 mL of water to the PETIMAID mixing bottle.

Step 2 — Add the power

Add the crushed tablet, capsule contents, or powder into the bottle.

Step 3 — Add PETIMAID

Add one (1) packet (1.5 g) of PETIMAID suspending powder.

Step 4 — Shake Well

Close the bottle tightly and shake well until a uniform suspension is formed.

Step 5 — Measure the Dose

Use an oral syringe to draw the prescribed dose of suspension.

Step 6 — Administer

Gently insert the syringe into the side of the pet’s mouth and administer the medication slowly.

Storage

Refrigerate any remaining suspension at 2–8°C (36–46°F) and use as soon as possible.
